As was the case with my previous interaction I found Oscar to be very professional, courteous and focused on handling all my service needs. He kept me informed throughout the service appointment. Communication was poor from the beginning when I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance/service. The service dept never responded to the text thread they set up. My car was kept for a day and a half. They replaced my wiper blades and nothing else.
