Anthony kept me updated on the service status of my vehicle. He also double check w/me on possible additional service needs. Since he was off the day my auto was to be returned to me, he inputted (in Corona Genisus’ database), copious notes as to my availability yo receive the returned vehicle and how to best contact me. I also want to acknowledge the courteousness & professionalism of the driver that return my car.

Daniel goes above and beyond to provide a level of customer service that supports the brand image that Genesis has and continues to market to the car buying public. His customer centic focus should be replicated throughout the organization and is something that can and should separate you from your competitors. Daniel was great, but way too long to be there especially with an hour plus drive there and an hour home. Nice facility. People were much more attentive this visit which was nice. I liked their kindness.

Original problem exists after being told a front sensor was changed. However, I was told my model has no front warning system. So why was my car taken in for over a day to find this out.
