I showed up 15 minutes early (815am) for an 830am appointment. I excluded all services and only asked for an oil change and oil filter. It took 2.5 hours for this and the service team wasnt even busy.There was only 3 customers in the waiting room and I felt that it was crazy to take 2 and a half hours to simply change the oil and oil filter which takes 40 minutes to do. I would expect to be in and out of the dealer within 60 minutes for simply an oil change.

The wait time was unusually long, the staff seemed extremely overworked and not very good at communicating-
It seemed like a very scattered process.
Valet driver was on the rude side. He also left my car with 1 mile worth of gas without saying a word to me when he returned it. I understand it’s my responsibility to make sure the car has gas but I didn’t realize it was that low. I recently lost my husband and a heads up would have been nice. Or put $5 in it and I’ll repay you.
Car was returned incomplete!! along with scratches and swirling marks on my panel the rims tarnished they only replaced 2 instead of 4 which was discussed with Jonathan upon his unknown departure from the company. My car also arrived to my job with Mellisa thinking the car was still at dealer poor communication makes me second guess due to the negligence of my vehicle this needs to be addressed! Before matters escalate.

I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Oscar because he even ensured the driver that delivered my car to my home had Starbucks coffee! In addition- the Corona team went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met regarding my GV70. In addition, the loaner company that picks your car up and delivers a loaner were extremely cordial and professional. Thank you!
