Shane had poor communication and I rarely spoke to him. He didn’t respond to text messages nor reached out to me for updates. Overall, he was extremely vague. I would have appreciated him saying he wasn’t sure and then following up at a later time versus just disappearing; poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend. Hayden in the service department and Homer in parts made way more of an impact by being pleasant and communicative despite him not being my main point of contact. Was very fortunate to have Mike (service manager) oversee the service of my vehicle.
He did his best despite circumstances out of his control such as a power outage.
Mike is the best Service Manager I have ever had. And that spans over 70 years!!!!
Hayden was fantastic. You guys lost power and I could tell it was a pretty bad situation but Hayden took great care of me. Moving forward I would ALWAYS try and get him as my service fella. He really did well
He was great and he went out of his way to take care of my car and get it done very kind and professional.
The nice young lady that helped me out was phenomenal. She even updated me when the dealership had a blackout, which caused a delay in the servicing of my vehicle. She handled the situation very well, and she was very professional

Hood was not closed correctly upon leaving the lot and car was filthy after being told it was being washed prior to pick up. Also,Handicap parking was full and unavailable due to employees parking there, according to salesman.i was w 2 handicapped people. Very bad service day. Please call me. Lv MSSG or TEXT me.

I had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday afternoon, to have my air conditioning checked. As you know, you did not have power that day so I rescheduled for Saturday morning. I was your first client and was checked in by Hayden at 7 AM. I left your building at 1:15. Waiting that long is unacceptable.
