He was courteous and kept me updated with my car.
Mr. Shulte was patient and receptive in allowing me to explain the issues I have had with Hyundai for the past year and a half.
Mr. Shulte explained the steps for the situation with my car in assessing oil consumption.
More importantly, I was not made to feel foolish, less than or disrespected when I brought my car in for service and expressed being uncomfortable driving my own car. Mr. Shulte exemplified what customer service should be; I was truly grateful that someone took the time to listen.

I was happy with the service and attentiveness the sales manager, Joseph, and those in the service department. All I have a complaint about is the inventory list on the website. I brought in 4 choices and 3 of them were actually not available (2 were sold, and 1 was not actually ready and not buyable even though that was my first choice). The team serviced me to the best of their abilities and that’s what brings me back when needed.

Johnathan was very kind and professional. He helped me understand what services my car required and helped me ensure I got back on track with pending items. I also had a locked wheel when I got my keys back, and he was nice enough to walk outside to show me how to unlock it in case it happened again.
