I’m satisfied with Michael but I’m so disappointed with the technician who had my vehicle serviced because my rear window glass on the passenger side got broken during service but that technician didn’t report. I didn’t realize that until I got home. It’s not easy to see from outside only visible from inside. If I didn’t talk to my family member who sat at the back I didn’t think I saw it. Thinking of changing dealership if the service keeps providing this way.

I was told hour & 45 but it took over 2 & half & come on in not busy now & your car is ready but if you want it washed it will be a little longer my did not move for 1 hour until I said something & then it moved not a good experience it was in for it's first service 2025 sonata just oil change & rotate tires
