Michael Vance has been helping me for about 2 years now and I'm ALWAYS impressed with his professionalism and the customer relationships he has developed. It's apparent on my visits when I ask for Mike, that many customers come in requesting him. This is attributed to how he takes care of his customers! He should be rewarded for his outstanding service to his customers who in turn keep loyalty with Hyundai. Kudos to Mike for a job well done!

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to have a passenger-side tire checked, as I suspected it was leaking air. Instead, I ended up paying more for overdue service recommendations. After the service, I specifically asked whether the tire had been inspected. I was told there were no technician notes, but that "they're usually good at catching things." Within 30 seconds of driving off, the low tire pressure warning came back on. I returned immediately, only to find the technicians had already left for the day. One remaining employee took a look and found a nail in the tire — but said it couldn’t be patched, and they had no replacements in stock. This was a clear safety issue I brought up at the start of my appointment. It was either ignored or overlooked.
