Michael was upbeat and very optimistic as he worked with me and my concerns with my vehicle. He asked questions and answered mine. Once he mapped out what would work best, he put me in touch with the parts department where I purchased the needed part and the following day it arrived. He took my vehicle to the mechanic and after looking in to the issue they gave Michael an honest diagnosis with a picture to confirm their findings. He shared it with me and helped me make my decision!
