Vivian Mendez was nothing short of what customer service should be. Living in Huntington Beach and coming up to Corona to Cardinaleway Hyundai is nothing short of the fact they provide excellent customer service. Kudus to everyone there because even though I was there for five hours I didn’t seem like it. Top notch service and excellent quality service on the vehicle. 100/10 would recommend

I had an appointment on Friday at 0945. It was promised back at 7pm. I called several times and they hadn't looked at it. I didn't get it back until Tuesday. I feel like the appointments were over booked and the employees couldn't keep up with the workload. The staff also gave the impression they didn't not care about their customers time. I ended up missing work and didn't get my car repaired. I hope you do better in the future for others.
