I asked to be emailed the service report pdf more than 4 times, and have been ignored each time. I will be disputing the charges for the service today bc an $80 routine check should not ever rack up to $600. I wasted nearly 4 hours of my time. I am extremely unhappy.

My 2024 Kona has gone into Limp Mode twice while my wife was driving and you are not able to pull a code on it or duplicate it. This is very frustrating but Hayden has handled it like a true professional. He has done everything he can to resolve the problem including having the service foreman call Techline to get help. I really appreciate his dedication to the customer.

Mike is a true professional, he makes each experience amazing. My car service needs are always explained to me and cost so I’m not surprised. The whole crew there is amazing and it’s a very pleasant experience for a task you don’t want to do , but have to do. I don’t mind waiting the time there because it’s always pleasant to be there.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 2:15 PM and arrived 15 minutes early. However, my car was not ready until 4:30 PM, and I received no updates during the wait. In my experience with other dealers, service is typically completed within one hour.
I would appreciate your review of this delay and any steps you plan to take to improve communication.
