I waited for 2.5 hours for a oil change and I think that is not acceptable. I had to inform them 3 times that I did not want my car washed. Then I presented a coupon for the oil change and tire rotation and was told that I needed to present it when I first arrived which I did not know. I was told that way they would use cheaper parts and oil which I asked why and told them that I was not aware if that. Again totally unacceptable. I will not be returning to this dealership ever again. I can and will do my own oil changes or take it to someone else. My time is more valuable than sitting waiting for my car to be serviced forb2.5 hours. It was not a pleasant experience. Not blaming the service writer but that area need definite improvement as well.

Michael Vance is an exceptional Service Representative. I am most impressed that, just by introducing my name over the phone, he remembers me and my vehicle each time I call. He is also very courteous and immediate in addressing the service I called about. On the day of service, he keeps me continually updated on the car's status.
