Michael Vance and the Cardinale Way Service Department Team are AWESOME. Micheal is an exceptional professional who focused on providing a superb customer experience for me. He accomplished that and because of him I will continue to travel 54 mi each way = 108 miles round-trip to receive service from a person of great integrity. That's natural and connat be taught. Thank you Mike. My family appreciates all of your hard work for all THREE of our Cardinale Way purchaed Hyundai vehicles.

Michael was very considerate, knowledgable about the problem with my vehicle. Unfortunately, the price of a new ignition is beyond my price range. I am a 71 year old widow with very little money coming in. I have reached out to another repair shop that is looking on how hw can minimize the price. I have always taken my vehicle to Hyundai but unfortunately i cannot see this continuing.

I had gotten in my car to run an errand and noticed that my check engine light was on and my car was running a little rough so I called to see if I could bring it in to get looked at right away. Mike said yes and to bring it on down! I was very surprised but thankful and satisfied with the same day service that got my car back to running normal and quick. Mike was very nice and helpful and I will definitely be coming back and working with him in the future.

Michael is a great human being. He always tries his best to solve problems. The problem I had recently was out of his reach yet he did his best. I am always happy with Mike. I am due for a new car, If I decide to buy another Hyundai (6th in my family), it would be only because of the great experience Mike has provided over the years. He is top notch *** The **** of my problem should be on Hyundai corp (warranty claims team) to solve my issue, which has caused me some dissatisfaction with the brand I have tried reaching the warranty team but it falls on deaf ears and seems no one wants to address it.
