Michael, or Mike has been nothing but great since day 1. He I always friendly, but he is more helpful than anything. He tries his hardest to make sure I’m satisfied in every way. He goes out of his way to make sure I get what I want and even for the price I want. Because of Mikes service to me I continually come back to him for all work to my car. If more people were like him there would be less problems in the world.

I told the representative on the phone that my car needed a new rear main seal and sensor seal on my engine and they said it should be covered on our extended warranty. It wasn't and the mechanic said it needed a new transmission and engine seals. I know for a fact it was just the two seals because we saw a mechanic prior and have pictures of where the leak was from. He said he couldn't give us back our diagnosis fee and that it was going to be 9000 to repair. We took our car back to take to a mechanic to fix the seals for a lot cheaper. They told us that the fee was "locked in". $280. We called a Hyundai dealer in Tustin who only had a $90 diagnosis fee. The only diagnosis they did was said it was leaking but said they had to take the transmission apart as well. Felt like a huge scam.
