I was told it would take 1 hr 45 minutes as I was waiting it took 3 hours!. I asked what the status was and was told your vehicle is getting washed after 40 minutes I went back up and was told oh they must be at lunch? I said please get my car forgot your car wash.
Paige was very friendly and helpful. I was in/out in a couple of hours and on my way!
When I pulled in, I informed the man that I needed an oil change and that just yesterday two sensors went off for my cameras.
I checked in with Michael inside and my bad for not noticing they didn't have oil change listed but then again I had stated oil change.
I had a 7:15 am appointment.
I literally waited 6 hours to be told sign here and here. I verified no charge and then Michael explained that the parts had to be ordered.
I was surprised as he had NOT stated this at all.
Rather than telling the customer sign here and here FIRST EXPLAIN THE SERVICE THAT WAS DONE AND NOT DONE.
I got home read the papers and realized no oil change. I called back and Michael said no there was no oil change.
But next week when the parts come in you can do oil change. So am I to wait another 6 hours?!?
This service was horrible. No explanation of what was done and still needed just sign here and here.
