Great customer service. I was greeted right away and checked in. My car needs were taken care of in a timely manner.My car was also vacuumed in the front and back. I appreciate the vacuum cleaning, however I thought is was odd that all my belongings were thrown in the back. Other than that, I give JR. a 10/10 and appreciate all of his help. Thank You

Jr was very professional and kind. He went above and beyond to handle my car situation and make this as easy as possible, given this inconvenient car trouble I had during the holidays of all times for this to happen to my car. Waiting 6 hours, just to get told we were going to be put into a rental for an equipment failure was unacceptable. My wait time is usually pretty long, 3-4 hours minimum, but this last time was unacceptable, we had to put our new years trip on hold because we didnt have the stuff in our car and we didnt know when we would need to bring the car back. I genuinely dont think i will ever come back.

I needed front brakes on my car. I brought my car in on a very busy day but I couldn’t wait to have my brakes done on another day. The brakes weren’t in stock, and Junior went above and beyond to make sure the job was complete and in a timely manner. Thank you so much Jr!
