Yes everything was great. I noticed my drivers side door is missing the door cover for a key. I don’t use a key I have a remote. I would like you to fix’s it. My passage r side is fine

Brought my Hyundai Ioniq 5 with the charger issue, i didn’t get any update if the charger was fix or not just hand over the car key without saying what they did to the charger. When i get home the charger still not working.

Pointed me to my car, left and then I found out I was blocked in. Had to go back in and he came out to see what car, said he’d be right back to move it, waited 10 minutes and then had to track him down. He was back to the service desk helping people. Interjected to see what happened and was told it got busy. Unacceptable, I was your customer before those people arrived. I’m on my lunch break and it shouldn’t take 20+ minutes to get my car once checked out. And to then take the next person in line after knowing you forgot about me and moving the car is disrespectful.
I was very pleased w Michaol. He a great employee and I love seeing familiar faces whe I walk through those doors. We had quite a few laughs also.
Junior was very helpful in getting our tire patched and subsequently helped with the extended warranty claim to get the tire replaced since the tire still had a leak due to the size of the hole the nail left. Appreciate the help and dedication to get us back up and running! Disappointed the extended warranty company took so long to approve the replacement when we were unfortunate to even have tire damage within the first week of ownership.
Terrible experience. No call back. Did not stand by the warranty. Was told the battery is under warranty and if any other issues like alternator or short wire then it will cost extra. Later I was told that the battery died because lights were left on and it’s not covered.
Never provided me with diagnostic report even after several requests. Said he will leave it with my receipt. Charged me almost over $400. Would not let me talk to a manager. Never called back if the car was ready. I had to call and that finally picked up car the next day from sales department. Still he did not provide or leave the diagnostics report as promised.

Yes and no. Michael Vance is always attentive, professional, and overall great. It’s one of the only reasons I like going to Cardinale Way Hyundai in Corona. The part I don’t like is the coast. Always so much over anyplace less. Understandable with so much overhead but as a consumer I try and find places that fit my budget better. I had my service done there this time because it needed to be done right. So that’s saying something but I will not abandon my search for a competent place for less money. There you have it.
