No communication between service tech. Only Michael was on top of all issues. Michael Vance gets a 10 across the board. Rest of your tech are very friendly, but honestly Jason never read any of my reply’s to his text messages, they were automated and he never checked. VERY glad I did not wait at dealership, could have wasted three hours, has happened before at Cardinalway. Been going to Cardinaleway for 10 years. Starting to slip, I am considering looking elsewhere for my service and car buy needs. Thanks, Larry Kiefer

Price for repairs seemed about double what a dealer rate would be, maybe 3-4x what a regular mechanic would be.

Wait time could be less. I was asked to sign my PWW and still waited an approximate 30min. 2.5hrs for an appt seems a bit over doing it, with our other vehicles at other dealerships wait time is about 1 hr
