Michael is a great advisor and I will always ask for him. He saved my experience. I was disappointed on how much dirt and grease was on my white interior. No reason you shouldn’t cover the seats on arrival and prevent that. That’s work I didn’t nor should have to do. That certainly tainted my visit.

I had a great experience with the service team at Hyundai. My service advisor Jason Urias communicated clearly throughout the entire process and kept me consistently updated on the status of my car. They also made things much easier by arranging a loaner vehicle while my car was being worked on. Overall, the service was smooth, professional, and very accommodating. Highly recommend!
