Paying 500 for a car battery wasn’t very pleasant then being chased to my car because they forgot to have me sign then as I’m about to leave they left equipment in my car and a battery jumper on my passenger seat. I’m normally very pleased but this was not a pleasant experience

Booked an appointment at 9am and didn’t finish until 12 noon. It seems like too many walk-ins or other appointments are booked too soon or back to back causing longer wait time.
Mike Vance always takes care of me when I come in for Services. He’s very respectful to me and that’s saying a lot.
I asked not to wash car because my antenna flew off and I think they went ahead and washed it and I noticed a big piece of paint chipped off my hood that wasn’t there before. I would like somebody to call me ****-****-xxxx

Hayden did an outstanding job. The first time I went in for service he explained everything my car needed in detail. On this repair Hayden again helped me greatly.
You have had my car on 3 separate days to fix the heater in my drivers side seat. You diagnosed it incorrectly and my extended warrantee paid $1422.49 and I paid $100 on January 18 2024 It stopped working on January 29. I returned it on Feb 2 and was told a different part was needed but my extended warrantee would not authorize it. Yesterday I returned for routine oil change and was told it could take several days to diagnose the problem. I think the problem is your service department and mechanics. I hope they never get a real mechanical problem.
