I was told that the problem was caused by rodent damage, that a nest and rodent feces was found in my trunk under the flap and that it would be $500 just to diagnose. When I got home I looked in the trunk, under the flap and found no nest and no rodent feces. There was dirt and debris from camping, which I do at least once a month, so no sign that any nest or feces had been cleaned out if there was any because everytuwould have been cleaned. I don't think there are any signs of a rodent having ki Ed in my car or caused the damage to my windshield washer line.

I actually enjoyed waiting while my car was serviced. I had nice coffee there with service was done in a timely. OK Hayden was very nice and friendly.

Its one thing after another. My car was fine. And all the sudden many parts needed replacement. It is still a brand new car. Also the alignment that i fixed last agust, got messed up again and they wont cover it under parts new warranty. So i am upset. The customer service is good. They are always professional
