This car dealership was not very helpful. Even with my recall, the representative did not inform me that they didn't have the part. They made me wait and claimed they were washing my car, but it was not washed.

The reason I came in was to replace my car door handle. After several hours I returned and the piece had not been replaced. Nobody bothered to check the item when it arrived damaged. This is the second time I have brought it in and it is a brand new car.
