It's completely unacceptable that after waiting 2 hours my car still wasn't done. I only needed an oil change, and had asked how long will it take when I checked in for my appointment. It is not the customer's fault that the service department was extremely busy.I should have been offered a ride home upon arrival. Instead, after waiting 2 hours, I had to ask for the status of my car. This experience was very unsatisfying. I'm assuming communication between the customer service representative and the service technician was lacking.

His repair time estimate was dead on which, in my experiance doesn't happen often. I wss kept informed of the repair progress during my wait time so I never felt like I had been forgotten.

Overall the team in corona is wonderful and very helpful every time we take our car in. Just a little longer of a wait today. Waited two hours for the tire rotation and oil change. After two hours the alignment (that was recommended) had not even started. I decided to leave without the alignment and the car wash as I could not wait another hour for it to be finished

I am partial deaf , Jessica went beyond the call of duties for me . Please give her a shout out for me , considering we had a bad experience when we went to other dealership to buy the car . We be back for sure as far as the car needs service , thank Jeff

Received a recall notice from Hyundai. I made an appt at the dealership to get it taken care of. Showed up first thing in the AM. Took over an hour for me to be notified that the shop didn’t have the part in stock. I rearranged things to make this happen. All for nothing. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your service and washing my car, the car need a wash I was so happy because I just came back from my radiation appointment and I was feeling fatigue. I been saying to my self I need to wash the car. It felt good to leave with a clean car.

Everything went well until completion of the service. There were charges I was not aware prior to the service. The young lady very pleasant and timely. She seemed to love her job and did it well.

It took over 2 hours with a 9 o’clock appointment to get an oil change. This did not even include the complimentary car wash. I was out of time. This was clearly way overbooking. I also was very displeased that when I inquired if my car was done at the quoted time of 11 I was flippantly given the reply of it’s about half done. My wait was also compared to waiting in a doctors office… I have NEVER waited 2 hours in a doctors office before. Why are you accepting walk ins or overbooking if you can’t get the job done in the dime quoted? I also did not receive the itemized list of what was checked in writing that I requested. I was told all the information was there, it was not. I had to look at the link sent to my phone to see it. Very very displeased with the whole experience!

The in person treatment was amazing. Me attempting to make a phone call and get my questions answered was terrible. The phone was not answered or placed on hold forever
