I'm very satisfying service experience with Daniel
Daniel Ranciglio was my Service Advisor. Daniel was friendly, upbeat, and thorough. He explained everything in detail about my service needs (15.900 mile service), and answered my questions thoroughly. Very good experience. I will request Daniel for my next service call.

Let me start by saying Daniel was great but with that said 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous
Daniel is very attentive to customer needs. Friendly and eficient. Went above and beyond about safety concerns in my steering wheel, and working on resolvong it. Thank you for great service experience.
They said it was under guarantee then they said it needed hoses that were gonna cost 900 dollars then they said I was gonna need a harness that was gonna cost me 10000 and when I said I couldn’t afford it I would pick my car up I got it back and it was not running when I brought it in it was working and there was black stuff hanging from under neath the hood that was not there when I took it in

The change oil and the upgrade the software which was recalled took longer that what I spect for reason I made the appointment, also the person who did the car wash did terrible job like spot on windows and windshield and doors all dust like never washed,I noticed when I getting into my car I did say anything because I want to get out there after almost 2:30 hrs . Also the person who home on the front desk don’t notice my car was already done because he was on the phone texting,
Jessica was great. The only thing you might want to know, but really not a big issue, there was a pretty big dark grease smudge/mark on e driver door interior. Only obvious because I have the white interior. I was able to easily remove though. No harm.

Hayden did a great job. I wasn’t satisfied because they didn’t find the mechanical issue that’s causing a random loud noise that’s coming from the engine. The vehicle that I have is a brand new suv and I believe I shouldn’t be having any mechanical issues at all whatsoever. This is my wife’s vehicle and the last thing I want is for her to be stranded somewhere because her vehicle malfunction. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
