I do need to te you that my tires were rotated at my appointment. The check tire light came on. I stop at a tire center in my home town. They checked out the tires and a sensor was missing in the right front tire. They replaced the sensor!! I am wondering if it was misplaced during the tire rotation. Thank you!
Steve is always very helpful. Overall the service was good but it took almost 2 hours longer than I was told
TJ was great. I did have an issue with the work done to the car. I got new tires today and the tire monitor light was on when I got in the car. TJ said it would go off after it ran for a while and recalibrated. It did not. Upon checking the air pressure the tires were over the suggested psi. This was causing the light to be on after a quick google search. After deflating the tires to the correct psi the light went off. Dissatisfied that I had to do that after spending $1700 today for service.
Ryan provides the best customer service hands down. He also explains the paperwork on my vehicle throughly. I will always ask for him.
