I have been working with Steve for over 25 years, even before I lived in the state. Always does his best to make sure we are well informed & treated fairly.
My appointment was at ten I was there until 12 thirty the service person was very rude his name was Steve don’t never won’t him to be my sever person no more .I was very upset and disappointed

I live out of town and try to schedule you my visits when we have doctors appointments in Tuscaloosa. This last visit was for the 25,000 mile check up which included free tire rotation. My vehicle had a little over 27,000 miles on it so he charged me for the tire rotation. I was not told that until check out even though they sent me messages about other services they wanted me to approve. I told him I don’t like surprises and if I had known there would be a charge I just would’ve had it done in my hometown.
Such a nice young man. Showed me photos of the rat's nest under my hood. Answered all my questions. Great service.
Great job today getting me in and out quickly. All work was done and I was on my way in LESS THAN an hour. Thank you Will for taking great care of me.
