Apparently my TLC package expired. When scheduling the appointment, i was told the system was down and they would check for me. I drove all the way there to discover that my TLC was expired due to the date even though it was good through 118,000 miles (93,500 currently on my car). I have a work vehicle so few miles are put on my vehicle. I usually only require 1 service per year. This was disappointing considering i have bought every vehicle i have owned from Tuscaloosa Toyota and would have had another 6 years worth of service had it not expired. This makes me strongly consider taking my business elsewhere when it is time for me to purchase a new vehicle for my significant other in the summer.
