My experience on Wednesday was great. Dropped vehicle off and came back when I was called My wife took the vehicle Monday for a maintenance. She had to sit and wait there for 4 hours with a 2 year old and a 7 month old. At the 2 hour mark my wife was told that the car was done but the vehicle was “stuck” on the lift. The day after, the engine light was on so I had to bring the car back yesterday. The wait for my wife and kids was unacceptable.
