Had a 2pm appointment..arrived about 1:35...did not get my 4Runner back until 5:58pm ..not acceptable! No updates until I complained to the lady walking around checking on everyone. Exactly what I wanted to do on a Friday evening.... Most employees left before I did.

My car had been there since 8:10 am. I had gone and played 9 holes of golf, expecting my car to be ready for me to take it home. I was concerned when the text I received from my service advisor identifying my car A few years ago, another car was brought up as my car.When my car was found,identified, the had not been done on it.
Chad goes all out to explain what being done to my vehicle. He is friendly and never condescending when I ask questions. In fact he is the reason I will continue to return for service at Tuscaloosa Toyota when it is due. I feel I can trust him to be honest about what I should get done to continue driving a solid vehicle with no problems.

I came in for a 5,000 mile check up which this time would be tire rotation only. I was told it would take one hour to one hour fifteen minutes. An hour and a half later I checked on it and was told it was still sitting there. An hour and forty five minutes later a woman was walking around asking if everything was good. I said no. I told her how long I had been there and she said she would check on it. She never came back. One hour and fifty seven minutes after I brought it in it was ready. Not only do the service people move my car seats up so close I about knock my kneecaps off every time, but this time items from my glove box were dumped out on the floor board. I asked about that and was told they had to check something in the glove box and if it was full they would have had to move things. This is the first time in fifty years of my husband and I buying and having cars serviced at Toyota that items were thrown in the floor board. And the purse/lunchbox that had been on the floorboard was turned upside down in the front seat. I was definitely not impressed with all this today.
Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. Chad is the best. He gets me in and out quickly and is always very professional. I only take my car to Tuscaloosa Toyota even though I drive from Montgomery
