Got signed it, was told I’d receive text messages for updates/didnt, sat there 2 hours, started looking for my service rep-couldn’t find after seeing my truck parked in “finished” lane, found a very helpful tech Ryan Engleman that looked up my truck and said oh ma’am they are ordering your part! Very unhappy!
I prefer dealing with Steve Woods because I find him to be a courteous, friendly and very honest individual.

Brenton was very professional. I appreciate him calling me promptly and letting me know when my vehicle would be ready. The tire order was originally at noon but the moment he saw the tire delivery would be at 5pm he called me so I could make arrangements.
