Regular mtn, tire rotation. Appt 10am. 11:30 I was advised tires were off my van & I had a nail in one. 90 minutes after appt tires came off my van. Unacceptable to have this long a while, then wait again while tire was patched.2 1/2hours to get my tires rotated.
I have never had a problem with Toyota Tuscaloosa and they will remain my service center of choice. Thank you.
We had the 7:00am time slot appointment and we were there almost 3 hours! Totally unacceptable!!!
Two hours and 15 minutes is too long to wait just for tire rotation. It sat out in fourt 15 min and I got tired of waiting and went and ask why they had not told me it was finish . She sent me to TJ and he said he was busy checking people in. I just felt that was too long to have to wait. The last time I had tire rotation was 30 minutes top.

I had a scheduled appointment for tire rotation today at 11:00 am. I arrived around 10:50 am and checked in. After waiting 1.5 hr, I asked how much longer. I was informed they were running behind and it would be 20-30 minutes. Shortly after, another representative informed me it could not be within 30 minutes. I chose to leave without any service performed today (after waiting 2 hrs). It was very frustrating and disappointing.
