Each time I bring my car in for service and the tires are rotated, the tire pressure gets adjusted which is fine but pressure is different in all 4 tires by as much as 2 psi. This will cause uneven wear on the tires and affect the gas mileage as well. I adjust the pressure to the correct psi each time after I arrive home. I shouldn’t have to do this each time. Maybe it’s an equipment issue or possibly a training topic.
Tuscaloosa Toyota has an excellent service department. The technicians have been trained well and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Fisher was very friendly and helpful. I’m also grateful for Mr. Baker because he was my sales rep. When my vehicle wouldn’t start I called Mr. Baker and he told me what he thought was wrong but to bring it on it. Mr. Fisher was there and he checked it out and it was exactly what Mr. Baker said. I’m thankful for all of the help that I received.
Sometimes it take a while, but I usually come prepared to stay and want. TJ always provide good customer service.
