My 2024 Tundra is not great as I’ve had the same problem since my company purchased the Tundra in April 2024 and it is still unresolved.

Jeremy Beck is an absolute professional in every way. He responds to voicemail messages immediately. He provides needed information to facilitate correction of whatever issue is a concern to me. He communicates with me during the time the service is being performed. I always feel I have received the very best customer care and support with Jeremy in charge of the visit to the service department.

The slow, lax, and ambivalent attitude toward greeting us, the multiple customer service reps who walked by us as if we weren’t there and were scrolling on dating apps instead of talking to us was obscene. The service techs themselves were fast, efficient and we were impressed but the reps and service reps up front at check in are trash. Burnt out would be putting it mildly because it was obvious they didn’t want to be there.
Chad kept me updated on the progress on my vehicle he treated me just like I was a valuable customer
