my appointment was at 8:30 I arrived 20 minutes early and someone behind me bypassed me in the line. Then finally Will came out and took my information. I came for an oil change,tire rotation and air filter check. We had to check twice to see how much longer it was going to be we waited over 2 hours before my vehicle was ready. Will was very nice and he did not charge us for the tire rotation because of the long wait.
Chad Watson is the best Service Manager I've ever had.He really is concerned and makes sure I get the best professional service for my car besides he provides a wonderful Customer care service and trust . Thank you Chad Watson
Jeremy always goes above and beyond to help me book a convenient appointment. If they are any repair issues I don't understand he always explains them in a clear and understandable way and helps me make the best decision possible. Steve is always very helpful. But We were very disappointed in our service. We sat there for 2/2 hours and still no movement on our Rav4. My husband has Parkinsons and the wait was way too hard on him. We ended up getting Steve to get our vehicle and we left.We are in our 70's and 80's and cannot sit for this long. Please let your customers know when the waitvwilk be long so they can make better timing.
