He did an excellent job of handling my issue in a timely fashion and resolved both of my issues. I will use him for all my service and repairs.

Will was fantastic and told me specifically what service was provided and cost. Fast in and out.
It took too long to return my vehicle. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Waited from 8:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m . Check on phone the status every 20 minutes. Report was 12 points inspection good until l inquired how much longer until vehicle returned. Once asking , the extreme costs for timing belt and new parts added increasing service cost from $ 140.00 to $3,500.00. I am not interested in these high preventative costs when the vehicle is running fine and not presenting problems. This is an older vehicle that is only driven 2 to 3 days a week. I always wait on vehicle and would like to get in and out for routine oil change and tire rotation within a reasonable time frame. I purchased the vehicle from Tuscaloosa Toyota in 2009. That’s is why l return for quarterly oil changes and tire rotation.
Ryan was great. The service when I arrived wasn’t great. Only one guy checking the cars in. Everyone else was just sitting around while several people waited. I waited over 30 mins to get checked in. My appointment was for 730am and it was 8am before I was checked in. I believe it was TJ was the only one checking in customers , everyone else was laughing and cutting up with other staff. TJ and Ryan deserve raises. I’m a manager and if my staff was making customers wait in vehicles for no reason, I would have a come to Jesus meeting with them.
The website Toyota utilizes to advise a customer’s vehicle can be reviewed is very poor as it did not allow for responses
Very professional 100 percent I was treated the best with the best care since I pulled my car in thank you to Tj Cole and the whole Tuscaloosa Team in General especially Mr.Miller my sales man for going on three years with 2 cars.
