No need to contact me. The complaint is minimal. There were some yellow, plastic pieces left behind and a small part of the roof was dirty, as if from dirty hands. It would be ideal if the car was left in or better condition when it was brought in. That would have great perceived value.

Even though I had an appointment to change my brakes and rotors, my car was not checked in until an hour and a half after I arrived. The note to the mechanic only relayed that the customer is concerned about the brakes and did not capture my initial request to change the rotors and brakes. It wasn't until I inquired about the status of my car that full attention was given to completing the work within the next 30 minutes. I was told that the front rotors had a little bit of warp and were not changed but I don't know if the front rotors were turned. My time is valuable and I have no room for slips in schedule. Since this is the second time this has happened, I do not plan to have my car serviced at the Tuscaloosa location again. I hope the service department investigates what happens with the information captured in the service request at the time of scheduling the appointment and why that information is not transferred to the tablets of those who receive and in process the vehicles and ultimately relayed to the mechanics. Also, please conduct a Lean Six Sigma event to eliminate waste in your service process.
