Chuck did a great job keeping me updated on what was going on with the changes in the Toyota campaign with the tire replacement and kept me updated on the status of my repair. He is my service guy and will be in the future,I like knowing whats going on with my vehicle and Chuck is very thorough in his vehicle delivery.

Jeremy is always wonderful but all the staff were especially great today. They noticed a scrape on the paint and they worked hard to clean it off. It was so nice of them!!!
