I arrived thirty minutes early. I thought this may be a problem but it wasn't. David was very kind and got me set up quickly. It did not take long for my appointment to be completed. I literally have a Toyota dealership 3 minutes from my house, but I have found the service department at Skyland Toyota to be excellent. It's worth the extra forty minute drive.
