Marquez was very rude. My car was under warranty and I didn't receive a rental. He told me that my car would be ready at closing time and if not in the morning. He said he would call back and I had to call back. I'm glad I had family that lives there because if not I wouldn't have had anywhere to gol didn't receive my car until 9:00 the next day. I've worked with many others and he is somebody that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I always ask for Chuck. Over the years I have come to trust his advice. This is particularly important because I am a person with limited knowledge of car repairs. I know the basics but not much more. Also I love my Camry, and have for 180000 miles.
