There was black grease and dirt all over the front right passenger seat. It would be helpful if they could please use a seat protector when performing service. Thankfully I was able to scrub it off the seat when I got home.

The wait time was ridiculous, but Steve Woods explained everything and apologized for the long wait. His kind and caring manner is what made the experience great. He explained everything that needed done to the car along with the prices. He is a great person and I would definately recommend him.
