Jeremy was an excellent communicator, and went above and beyond as a customer service representative. I came in for a 20k mile service, but Jeremy replaced the radio knob and ordered parts for a recall without me even asking. That is the type of service we all desire to receive. Kudos to Jeremy for the pleasant experience today.
