I was charged 5 dollars on my bill for tire rotation. I called about it and Wes said he would correct it on my next visit. My only other concern is being charged $3.30 for shop supplies for a free tire rotation and a cabin filter. If the tire rotation is free why is there a shop supply fee?

Great job but disappointed that we pay $109 for a diagnostic on top of the cost for the service. Many other places will wave the fee if you get the services with them.
