Chuck is always so courteous & professional & very very nice & I love Tuscaloosa Toyota service department - definitely the best by far in Tuscaloosa, AL. That is one of the reasons I have Toyotas because there is never any problem, they will pick your car up, bring it back to you & give expert advice on any situation that will arise whether you own a Toyota or any other type of car. Very easy to please and just extremely satisfied with my whole experience every single solitary time. Sales Staff & All Managers in every department all are exactly the same.
