The inspection was thorough, but the service for a simple oil change was nearly 2 hours. Our vehicle was stationary for nearly half an hour in the bay after completion. Good service just took entirely too long.

Gareet checked me in, covered the services to be provided, and when the service was completed briefed me on the job with no issues noted.. He advised no issues were noted. Overall process was efficient and Garrett was professional,courteous, and informative. Overall well done. This is a great example of why I continue to do business with Tuscaloosa Toyota.

Steve went above and beyond to help fix the problem with my car. He even spent time with an adjuster to ensure that I could get a major repair covered under multiple warranties. As a college student, it meant the world to know that Toyota was willing to help get a problem resolved and was willing to use all methods available to ensure that we got the best deal.
