Everything went great. One thing I did mention before dropping the truck off is that I needed the spare tire placed back underneath the vehicle. This was acknowledged by the employees but it was never done. Mistakes happen so its no big deal.

Will was expecting me. He was very nice. Chad, my normal point of contact, was off today, he made the appointment for me and let Will know I was going to be there. Will explained the additional items the Service Technician recommended in a way that I could understand. The estimated time it would take to do the service was accurate and I was finished and on my way to my dental appointment with plenty of time to spare. Jeff Baker, who sold us the 4-Runner, always checks in on me and my daughter when we are there. Which is appreciated. Everyone seems to be out on the floor, out of their offices, engaging in conversation and checking on the customers waiting in the lobby. It was a very busy Monday it seemed! The waiting area was full. I always bring something to keep me busy. So I don’t mind waiting. I just want the Service Technicians to do a great job and never cut corners because of time or because I am waiting. Attention to detail is time consuming. I am never unwilling to wait for exceptional service! My late Husband trusted you all to take care of our vehicles and he was confident in your work. My daughter and I are very thankful and take great comfort in knowing our vehicle maintenance is one thing we don’t have to worry about. I know it is all in a day’s work for you all but it means much more than that to me. Thank you! Gina Nix
