I want to commend Michael Cavallo for his exceptional service during my visit today. I have trouble walking due to arthritis, and he went above and beyond to help. He let me pull up to the front door, came to get me when my car was ready, and even handled my payment so I didn’t have to get out again. His kindness and care made a big difference — truly outstanding customer service
I am always satisfied. The staff is respectful, service gets done in a timely fashion. It’s a no judgment zone looking at my car lol I always get a Yoda. I don’t feel uncomfortable as a female coming in for service thinking I’m gonna be taking advantage of. I’m grateful for y’all.
Your AI scheduler fid not scheduler the service that I wanted. I hot and oil change when I wanted a basic tire rotation. No one asked me whst serce I was there got. No one. I hot a mn oil change 5000 miles too early. And now I have to go somewhere else to get mt tires rotated.
Dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection at 5pm. I never received a call to come and pick up my car before they closed at 7pm. I had already planned for vacation that same night. I only prefer to deal with Devin.

Clay was the best ever. I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Clay. Clay took the time to explain everything in detail and he was very professional. He helped me work through some of the questions I had regarding the problems I was having with my car and he also helped me secure a rental.
