I paid for a diagnostic and was told I needed a new clutch kit. That wasn’t the problem and my car still isn’t fixed. I was told now they think it’s my transmission. So all together my bill to fix an issue that wasn’t the problem cost me roughly $3,300 and im not happy about that at all.

When you have to borrow money to pay for service, you just feel a certain way.Also this morning I got the signal that said my tires needed air. The gentleman told me I needed tires. One was so low it was separating from the rim. I mean for approx 500.00 am I crazy to think how little time it would take to check air pressure since he knew my tires were bad! Sorry if I sound un grateful because I am.

In a world where trusting others has become more difficult to do, it is refreshing to know that you have a service manager who cares about you and the condition of your vehicle. Kevin was very professional and did an outstanding job of co-ordinating the auto service for my 2024 Grand Highlander. He gave me a time for completing the service and my car was ready in advance of the time he told me. I was completely satisfied as this service far exceeded my expectations.
