Eddie was absolutely phenomenal! His customer service surpassed any I have ever been exposed to. I worked with clients for 40 years in the healthcare industry and Toyota is fortunate to have him on there team!

Did a GREAT job, ready sooner than expected. Cashier was friendly. Great experience overall. Got to see Bryan. Told me and saw my last 4-Runner. Would love to have it but we need a kitchen renovation more.

Tire rotation was done accordingly the service is excellent. But when the gas tank issue that was apparently fixed is still giving problems. I was told to send it back when my tank is 1/4 full I will do so

Montreko has always been great to work with during our service visits. He is friendly and engaging and always treats you like he is having a great day and wants you to as well. We don’t do enough recognition for customer facing roles like this and how difficult they can be to make their clients feel respected and valued. He certainly does do both!

I made an appointment with Mike cavallo because I had been using him for years. I was told when I got there that Mike no longer worked there. He always gave me a multi point inspection paper on what was good and needed to be done. I did not receive that this time.
