When leaving the dealership, I heard a loud knocking sound. I returned to the dealership. I was told that the technician who worked on the rear brakes had overtightened the brake dust cover which bent it causing something to hit it as the tires rotated. To fix the issue, I was told the technician bent the cover out of the way so nothing would hit it. The service reps apologized and sent me on my way again. The car sounds fine now. I hope that was the only thing that was incorrectly repaired.
The wait was 2 hours long. Protective floormat papers weren’t used to keep greasy footprints off the mats.
As always is always clean, the staff is polite. They work well the customer I appreciate it very much thank you.
From the same day call for an appointment till the min I left was a great experience!

The person who checked me in was indifferent and actually wrong with his information. He seemed upset that i asked if my records were in the files after he asked me so many questions i felt like a brand new person who never had service there...

More work needed to be done than I expected, but it was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. Eddie did a great job keeping me updated on the progress and I’m pleased with the results and feel a lot safer on the road! Side note: your coffee machine is excellent ????
