She was nice and friendly. I took my car in for its 10,000 check up. So I was satisfied with the way I was treated personally. I am not a fan of yes or no answers, because things are not always yes or no.

We dropped the Venza off Saturday morning around 10:10 The service rep black gentleman I did not catch his name Very Nice Man. Issue #1 The service minder was not reset. Issue #2 Waiting on Toyota Engineer to make a call to resolve Infotainment issue. #3 the 2 Hour Recall issue took 5 hours with 1 out of 2 issues updated. #4 josh was great the issue I had when we walked a bit to go pick up the Venza the car was parked toward the rear of of the building quite a walk on bad knees then no keys Josh had to retrieve the keys from the Technician had the Keys in his pocket. #5 My wife’s app would not unlock the car until I had to open the car with the key fob and had to touch the key fob to the push button start to turn the car on then I had to reboot the Infotainment unit to get it to reconnect with my wife’s app the infotainment unit is one of the Two issues. #6 There was another recall came up on my wife’s Toyota app about the Rear Camera Next Visit? Josh did state he would call me Monday after hearing from Toyota to see if there was a resolve for the infotainment unit.
