I was told that my oil change service would be a 1.5 hour wait. However i was there over 2 hours just fir an oil change

Elijah was awesome! He went beyond his duty to help me pay when my car was ready and even
before I got there to set appt. I was dealing with a broken ankle and he went out o his way to take care of the transaction so I wouldn't have to walk there with my cane. Super nice guy! Also, let me tell you from the moment i got there, I was greeted by 2 techs who were very helpful listening to my irritation about my headrests. They got in there and tried to fix it and handled it to.my satisfaction. Since Ive been going there for servicing my highlander, I've been treated with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend their service department! Also, their communication with where they are at during the process of the service, is also exceptional!

I’m surprised that TofG doesn’t offer service customers an exterior car wash. My Honda dealer does for every service visit. The TofG team were all nice.
I love the videos of the service done on the vehicle. It just seems it’s just a bit short of the Cust sat mark.
I requested a quote for a service I personally feel my car needs and was informed my car doesn’t require it. I believe it is what is best for my car for longevity. When a dealership does not allow me to have service done that I choose to do it seems as if they are not interested in the customer’s car lasting for the life that is the potential it could have. It seems as if they are only interested in the customer returning sooner than needed just to buy another car. I requested a quote due to my husband not having time to fit the service into his schedule because of his work schedule. However, it will be fit into his schedule because he will provide the quality service that my vehicle needs. We do not follow manufacturer lifetime recommendations because we have the utmost respect for our vehicles. We will take care of the services from now on. This dealership as a whole has lost quality in customer service over the past few years.

I found the staff to be friendly, polite and answered any questions about the services I may or not need at this time. I contemplated on taking my Lexus to Charlotte Lexus uptown and decided to see is your service department could service the vehicle instead. Although I know it's basically Toyota I still wanted to be sure that servicing a Lexus would not be an issue.
Based on my experience at your dealership I will be bringing my car to your service center as long as I find that your service department is above all else is HONEST, and has the knowledge to service the vehicle as well as being polite and courteous.
I met one of your sales people Devin and was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles.
He too was very friendly and polite.
He asked if he could help me and I explained my car was in for service and although I wasn't buying a vehicle he was still was polite enough to answer just some general questions about the dealership and walked me around the lot showing me a number of different cars and just chatted in general.
I have always had good experiences with Toyota.

Professional and helpful beyond what was expected.
Sadly this was my last free oil change. I’m sad about that but there’s nothing I can do to change that. Service was quick and fast very satisfying know that. Great job
I drove my truck straight home from the dealership.. i took my other vehicle out to eat to have lunch with a friend.. when I came back home, I noticed a lodge spot fluid under my truck.. i also saw a path to fluid, leading to my driveway then I have pulled in.. i drove my truck around the neighbourhood again and parked it on the other side of the driveway and noticed the floor still leaking.. i realize it's oil from my truck.. every other experience i've had, has always been good with toyota of gastonia.. i'm hoping that they fix the problem tomorrow when I return my truck..

Mistake was made by not letting the car run after the oil was changed. Faulty oil filter gasket caused the oil to leak out. The Toyota team went above and beyond to correct the problem.

Even with an appointment I had to wait two hours for a tire rotation and oil change.
