Everything when great with Joshua. The problem was the jerk that checked us in when we arrived. His name was Eddie and he definitely needs to learn some customer service. He was rude and seemed to me like he does not like having to deal people. Other than that everything else was good.
Back in 2023, my husband and I went to Toyota of Gastonia looking for a new Rav4, but were not happy with the treatment in sales. No one talked to us on the lot. So we went to Toyota of North Charlotte, and I drove my new car off the lot that day. Since my purchase, I have always taken my car back to Toyota of N Clt because of the friendliness and service we received. It took hours out of my day driving from Gastonia to Charlotte for servicing, so yesterday I thought I would try Toyota of Gastonia service department for my oil change and 5 point inspection this time. I was very happy with the service they provided. I was kept informed by Eddie on how it was going and costs. Thanks to him and the service department for a great experience, I will continue with Toyota of Gastonia going forward. Thank guys!
